We reported to you a few days back that popular comedy actor Bonda Mani is suffering from renal failure and is admitted at the Omandurar Government Hospital in Chennai. Fellow actor Benjamin brought his health status to the public notice by posting a video in which he sought help for the further medical treament of his friend.

Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi was the first to respond and immediately made arrangements to transfer rupees one lakh to Bond Mani. Similarly actor Dhanush has also made a donation of rupees one lakh. Bonda Mani has thanked the celebrities on video and also informed that following them a few other actors too have come forward to help.

Bonda Mani who is originally from Sri Lanka has acted in several Tamil films and especially gained popularity by acting with Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu in memorable comedy sequences.
