Arjun is generally associated with action films. And there is plenty of action, in more ways than one for his fans.

For starters, his directorial venture Madarasi, also starring Jagapathibabu is fast veering to a completion.

Close on the heels, Arjun's long-delayed Tamil film Manikanda is also being dubbed in Telugu.

Though Arjun has had only mixed luck with his dubbed films, his movies are said to have a decent run in the B and C centres.

In Manikanda, he plays the dual role of father and son. It is vendetta action film, says the producer BV Krishna.

Jyothika and Malavika play the female leads in the film.

The film is directed by Selva. Senior director P Vasu, Nalini, Ashish Vidyarthi, Pashupathi, Vadivelu are also in the cast.

Arjun is planning to dub yet another venture of his under Selvah that is also being made simultaneously. That film in Tamil is named Aanay.
