‘Acharya’: Shoot resumes on November 9, and other details

After the likes of Prabhas, Pawan Kalyan, Nagarjuna, Jr NTR and Ram Charan, it’s now the turn of Megastar Chiranjeevi to resume work after a gap of several months. His much-delayed ‘Acharya’ will be going on floors from November 9.

Large portions of the film will be shot till mid-December or so. Director Koratala Siva is expected to wrap up a majority of the talkie part in the schedule. The makers have said that extensive pre-production works were carried out during the lockdown months for the upcoming schedule.

Produced by Ram Charan’s Konidela Production Company and Niranjan Reddy’s Matinee Entertainment, the film has music by Mani Sharma. Starring Kajal Aggarwal as Chiru’s heroine, its director of photography is Tirru.

The film will hit the screens for Summer 2021.
