The family members of a married woman from Hyderabad have reportedly killed her alleged stalker. The victim has been identified as Rajaiah (36), who was working as an accountant with Sri Chaitanya College at Madhapur.

As per media reports, Rajaiah fell in love with the woman back in 2016 and requested her family members to give her in marriage to him. The family refused. The woman went on to marry someone else.

Disappointed with her choice, Rajaiah allegedly started harassing the woman and her husband as well. Despite repeated warnings to stay away from her, Rajaiah continued to stalk her.

Fed up with his behaviour, the woman's family decided to "teach him a lesson by assaulting him". The other day, they went to Rajaiah’s house at Allapur and bashed him up with sticks. The victim today succumbed to injuries at Gandhi Hospital.

A case has been registered against the woman’s husband, mother-in-law, the woman’s mother and others.
