ACB raids house of Medak's Additional Collector over alleged scam

The Anti-Corruption Bureau today raided the house of Gaddam Nagesh, the Additional Collector of Medak. The raid happened after a tip-off that he had allegedly accepted a bribe of Rs 1.12 Cr from a farmer in the form of land.
It has been unearthed that a dozen revenue officials worked in tandem with the Additional Collector in pulling off the scam. Simultaneous raids were conducted at all locations in order to find out the truth. A video clip in which officials were seen conducting search operations at the Addl. Collector's house, is out.
It's reported that the farmer himself had complained to the ACB about the issue.
Full details are awaited. The ACB's simultaneous raids will happen till Wednesday evening.
