Tahsildar EB Nagaraju’s case has not yet been closed by the officials of the Anti-Corruption Bureau as many things have been coming up as they are digging the case deeper and deeper. The other day, the officials have managed to identify the bank and its locker keys at the house of the arrested during the searches which happened again.
And finally, from the locker, they found 1.5-kilo gold worth Rs 57 lakh in the locker and this is definitely not a small amount. Besides the crores of rupees found from his home and other properties, this gold is another shocker.
When the ACB sleuths had interrogated Nagaraju’s family members during the search, about the key, they were misguided and despite verifying with all the bankers near Alwal, ACB could not find any locker that matches the keys. Well, finally, the news was blasted when G J Narender, one of the relatives of Nagaraju, informed them that he has a locker at South Indian Bank’s Alwal branch and the locker was being used by Nagaraju’s family. The seized gold would be deposited in the court.
