Abhishek Bachchan's upcoming film 'Dasvi' is just couple weeks away from its release and fans are naturally super exicted about it. The trailer of the same was released recently and it has promised that we are about to get something really fresh and hilarious.

Abhishek, who is appearing as an uneducated and obnoxious politician in the film, recently shared a thing or two about his character Ganga Ram Chaudhary. He told PTI, "My character is supremely confident in everything he does. There is an energy he always brings into a room. I enjoyed playing with that kind of energy."

Sharing that he didn't have to add anything of his own to the character, Abhishek said, "There was very little left to our imagination to create as Tushar gave us a strong skeleton to work with and it was more about fleshing it out. It was a lot of fun." The actor also revealed that there was a dialect coach on set in order to maintain the accuracy of the Haryanvi accent.

Also starring Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur, 'Dasvi' will release on 7th of April on Netflix and JioCinemas.
