Abhishek Bachchan is a proud owner of 8 million followers on Twitter

'Guru' star Abhishek Bachchan was super excited to have a family of eight million on Twitter. Abhishek thanked all his fans and followers and also asked them to come together to help flood-hit Chennai.

Abhishek tweeted saying, "And our Twitter crew grows to eight million! Thank you all. Eight million of us...Must get together and do whatever we can to help namma Chennai get back to normal. Every little thing counts."

Abhishek recounts the time and struggle that he had in Chennai, as he was also stranded in the city at the time of flood when the airport was shut due to the rising water level. He had to take a bus to reach Mumbai.
