The trailer of Abhishek Bachchan's much delayed film 'The Big Bull' was released shortly. Abhishek Bachchan plays a hotshot stockbroker who never ceases to take risks and try out unconventional methods to get successfull. Hai character Hemant Shah is based on the real life stockbroker, Harshad Mehta. Harshad's story was also summerised in the Hansal Mehta's show 'Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story'.

While the show was grounded in reality, the film 'The Big Bull' gives a touch of filmy ex-factor to the story which compliments Harshad's larger than life aura. But since the audience are familiar with the story now, all the plot points referred in the trailer were totally devoid of the mystery. Abhishek certainly looks the part but only time will tell if his portrayal is on par with the excellent work that Pratik Gandhi did in the show.

The film was delayed to avoid clash with the 'Scam 1992' but it is inevitable that there will be comparisons and the film is gonna have a hard living up to the legacy of the amazing show.
