'Abhinetri' in Trouble

Kannada film ‘Abhinetri’ said to be on the life sketch of all sorrowful heroines by Pooja Gandhi is not so but points to the life of ‘Minuguthaare Kalpana’ life says the new argument that is put forth in the court of law.

Abhinetri Kannada film is picked from one of the novels ‘Antaranga’ of Smt Bhagya Krishnamurthy that was in a series of 29 issues of ‘Mangala’ monthly magazine alleges Smt Bhagya Krishnamurthy. She has approached the city civil court to get justice on the issue. An appeal on stay order has been placed now.

The novel ‘Antaranga’ came to market in 2000. From the stills and reports read in newspapers and television media Smt Bhagya Krishnamurthy has attacked Pooja Gandhi on plagiarism. Pramila Nesargi one of the strongest advocates argued in favor of Smt Bhagya Krishnamurthy.

It is not plagiarism was the argument placed by Pooja Gandhi and director Satish Pradhan advocate. The 18th City Civil Court justice Amaranarayana has deferred the judgment to June 9, 2014.
