Superstar Rajinikanth's film Annatthe already has an ensemble cast and yet another Bollywood actor recently joined the much-anticipated biggie. Actor Abhimanyu Singh who is known for his villainous roles in many Bollywood films is roped in to play a crucial role in this film.

Abhimanyu Singh started his film career through the 2001 film 'AKS and went on to act in many blockbuster flicks. He got his first break with the role of Rananjay Singh in Gulaal (2009), directed by Anurag Kashyap. The role won him the 2010 Stardust Award for his breakthrough performance.

He also played the baddie in the film 'Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru'. According to sources he is expected to play the antagonist in Rajinikanth's 'Annatthe'.Touted to be a family entertainer, Rajinikanth is expected to play the president of a village in this film.

'Annatthe' is directed by Siva and Produced by Sun Pictures. The film has a number of stars like Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara, Meena, Kushbhoo, Prakash Raj, Sathish, Soori, Goerge Maryan, and others.
