The film begins with a few scenes against political backdrop. Vennela Kishore seen as a news presenter. Subhalekha Sudhakar seen as a politician.

Allu Sirish enters the screen as the title track plays in the background. Comedian Bharath is seen as his loyal friend. Nagababu is his father.

Political sub plot builds up before the hero sets his foot in India. Kota Srinivasa Rao seen as a political big shot. Raja, Sirivennela's son, plays an ambitious young politician.

Rukshar Dhillon enters the screen as a sales girl. Comedian Harshvardhan is seen in a small role. The pace of the film is slow.

"Nuvvemaina 'Swayam Krushi' lo Chiranjeevi anukuntunnava?' says Sirish to his dad. Is Pawan Kalyan reference reserved for the second half?

Vennela Kishore's comedy scenes are decent. The pace of the film is sluggish. Stopping all the attempts at rom-com, ABCD needs to reach the climax.

Climax scenes are on clichéd lines. The hero's character sketch is unrealistic. The film needed nuanced performances. The monologue by Sirish towards the end is unremarkable.
