As 2011 enters into it's last leg, there are quite a few films that are fast making to the list of some of the most awaited before year end. 'Ra.One', 'Rockstar', 'Desi Boyz', 'The Dirty Picture', 'Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl', 'Players' and 'Don 2' are the biggies that find a place in this list. However what has come as an absolute surprise is an unassuming film titled 'Azaan', the promos of which have managed to make an instant impact.

Not just are the makers of this slick thriller claiming 'Azaan' to be the Bollywood's biggest ever espionage thriller, they are also claiming that it would match up to international standards when it comes to films belonging to this genre.

"Frankly, no one could really see this coming," says a veteran film maker in an enthusiastic tone, "When 'Azaan' was first introduced on such a large scale at Cannes, there was a glimpse of what was in the offering. However at that time only a select few saw the film. Now that the makers have started their campaign, it has made a stunning impact. The visuals are simply spectacular while the genre by itself is causing quite some intrigue as well. This one could well be the surprise of the season."

This translates into the fact that the look of the film boasts of a never seen before feel to it. Starring Sachiin Joshi in the lead role with Candice Boucher as his love interest and Ravi Kissen, Dalip Tahil, Arya Babbar, Aly Khan, Sachin Khedekar, Vijayendra Ghatge, Samy Gharbi, Sarita Chowdhury and Sajid Hassan in other important roles, 'Azaan' with music by Salim-Sulaiman releases all over on 14th October.
