Selvaraghavan's biggest project so far, 'Aayirathil Oruvan' that released last year with Karthi, Reemma Sen and Andrea Jeremiah might see a sequel say some birdies in tinsel town.

It is said that Gitanjali Selvaraghavan has expressed that the film might see a sequel. She was quoted saying, "Excited about Aayirathil Oruvan part 2. Part one is my all time favourite Indian film; I have no clue about the story of the second part. Still developing!"

This period-contemporary fantasy adventure film showcased a conflict between the Cholas and Pandyas, as if continuing till date and was interwoven as a beautifully narrated script which boasted off a huge budget. It threw light on the lost Chola civilization.

Whether the original cast and crew of the film will be retained for the sequel and when it will be announced officially, we’ll have to wait to know...
