Writing in his blog, Ram Gopal Verma revealed that 'Aavaham' will use a piece of music by the Italian composer Ennio Morricone. The tune is inspired by his production for the movie Exorcist II: The Heretic."

He writes, "I first heard the music of Exorcist II in Nagarjuna's house, before I became a director and got obsessed with it, so obsessed I am about it that I have already used (several) versions of it in various films of mine and will keep using it in one way or another, forever."

He states in his recent blog post that the O Jabili number which Jayasudha croons in his horror film Deyyam, of the 1990s, was inspired from the notes of Morricone, "whereas the Phoonk-2 version is an adaptation of the original theme."

Well, the well-publicised movie seems to be coming with a distinct musical touch.
