Aarumugam
Director Suresh Krishna is back. The man, who is behind the success of films like Sathya, Annamalai, Veera and Badshah is ready with his next titled `Aarumugam'.
"Aarumugam will be a commercial potpourri sure to entertain everyone", he says with all hope.
The movie, produced by Shenbagakumar for Kool Productions, features Bharath, Priyamani and yesteryear heroine Ramya Krishnan. The rest of the cast includes Saranya Mohan, Karunas, Ilavarasu, Adhitya, Sathya, Seetha, Kavithalaya Krishnan and Mahanadhi Shankar.
Speaking about the movie, Suresh Krishna says, "It will be a commercial entertainer quite like my earlier films. But there will be sentiments and emotions in it. Carrying a mass theme, `Aarumugam' will be a treat for those who love entertainers."
Heaping laurels on Bharath, he says, "The actor will strike it rich with this movie. The scenes involving Bharath and Ramya Krishnan have come out well. Priyamani, who won the national award for best actress, has chipped in with her best".
On his part, Bharath says, "I am a director's actor. I do what the director wants. They (directors) have immense faith in my capabilities and cast me in different roles."
Ramya Krishnan, who is making her comeback in Tamil after a brief interval, says, "After `Padayappa' I get to play to a key role that has a major bearing on the story in `Aarumugam'. I was impressed with the story narrated to me and readily agreed to do it".
According to Priyamani, "the script is so gripping and my character has got enough importance. No doubt that `Aarumugam' is going to be an important movie in my career."
Deva has come up with half-a-dozen foot-tapping numbers, says Suresh Krishna.
