Aanay Review
Cast:
Arjun, Namitha
Direction:
Selvah
Production:
Srinivasan
Music:
D Imman

Director Selvah and Arjun seem to share an excellent rapport. The duo came together for the hit in Karna and later combined for Manikanda which is all set to hit the theatres soon.

Meanwhile, the duo have teamed up again for a movie titled Aanay produced Vasan Visual Entertainers.

Arjun is paired with Namitha, and supported by the likes of Sanghavi and Manoj K Jayan.

According to producer Srinivasan, Selvah has wrapped up the shoot a day ahead of schedule.'When you find such support from the actors, director and technicians ,the producers can have no complaints.'

Outlining the story, Selvah said that the hero has to make good his promises. It is a demanding task but he goes to any length to fulfil those. It's an action entertainer with peppy numbers set to tunes by D Imman, Selvah says and adds, 'worth for audience's money would be Aanay'.

Meanwhile, Arjun - Selvah have completed their Manikanda too. The movie starring Arjun and Jyothika has been completed and would be released soon.

So this may be Arjun's season as three of his films are almost ready for release.

Malayalam actor Manoj K Jeyan plays an important role, and the one-the-comeback Sanghavi too has an interesting character.

For Namitha, the heroine, this is an important film.  She has done enough movies in Tamil without having created a splash.

Of course, she provides glamour. But she is still to come of age as an actress.

Perhaps, Aanay may give her the chance.
