Director-producer Aanand L Rai scores a hattrick , as his recent offering, 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns' struck gold at the box office, post the riveting success of 'Tanu Weds Manu' and 'Raanjhanaa'.

Celebrations are on the cards for the director synonymous with family entertainers and small-town romances, as 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns' has collected an approximate 62.95 crore nett in India in less than a week,making it 2015's first bonafide blockbuster.

The film also went on to make 22 crore overseas , till Tuesday. Having crossed the 80 cr mark worldwide, the film is all set to make it to the highly coveted 100-crore club.
