Yes. B-town's Master Class in movie promotion has decided and dropped this nuclear missile which the YRF will find it extremely difficult to handle.

Aamir has said ‘No’ to promotions of the year’s most awaited franchise 'Dhoom:3' on television (so what you thought of.. moron).

Aamir believes that every film has its own colour and it is better to keep more silence on 'Dhoom:3' to fit in the adage which goes something like less spoken is more told. So he is not in favour of promoting 'Dhoom:3' on television reality shows...

Well Aamir has been a great improviser and we have seen it during his previous films be it '3 Idiots', 'Ghajini' etc, etc..

But a source close to television industry on condition of anonymity reveals that it is not a very healthy decision for their commercial fitness and says that all big and major releases prefer TV reality, talk, comedy, soap opera shows for their promotions and by not doing so for such a popular and most awaited franchise both the small and the big screen will lose revenues.

Anyways Aamir has being bang on in his perceptive of marketing and promotions till date.

It will be interesting to see how YRF will find a way to mint revenues for Dhoom 3 and TV after Aamir’s decision.
