Aamir Served a Legal Notice

Superstar Aamir Khan seems to be heading for Press-Conference-Galore days. Why? Well, the Gujarat Forest Department has sent a notice to actor for allegedly violating the Wildlife Act during the making of his film Lagaan seven years ago when he had filmed a Chinkara without necessary permission in the Kutch district.
The department sent a notice on Monday to his whole production team for filming the Chinkara without permission. The department has given him a weeks notice to reply to the notice. It defies reason as to why should the forest department had to wake up from wilderness after so many years of the actual incident. Lagaan was released five years ago and won laurels for the country internationally. It is very clear that Aamir Khans views over Narmada Dam and the subsequent propaganda started by political groups is the basic reason behind this belated action in a non-existent case.
It seems Aamir Khan will have to break his silence sooner or later and come out in open about the fresh set of pressure tactics employed by a few desperate people.
