Bollywood perfectionist our dear Aamir is continuously biting his palm and asking his wifey Kiran also to do the same to him as the actor producer wants to confirm whether what he heard from the most powerful man on earth is a dream or a reality.

Aamir would not have asked for more yesterday, the Sunday made his day when in the morning the First Lady Michelle Obama danced to the title number of his starrer ‘Rang De Basanti’ in the morning but that was not all. The real elevating moment came at night when Aamir was invited to the big ticket event – Aamir was amongst the privileged few who was invited to the prime minister's private dinner for the US first couple at 7, Race Course Road residence.

Apart from Indian delicacies the president and his wife were also served with bollywood hits and bhajans and during the interactions the President Obama praised Aamir’s work.

The elated Aamir was on cloud nine and when returning from dinner, the actor told the eagerly awaiting media persons, “"President Obama said he has heard a lot about my work and my films,"

Aamir was clad in cream coloured kurta and pyjama, other dignitaries from the Indian entertainment industry who shared the stage for the grand dinner where music maestro A.R.Rehman, the husand wife duo of actress and activist Shabana Azmi and his lyricist husband Javed Akhter.
