Things actors do to look perfect on screen... The amount of dedication and hard work they put is quite impressive. However do they ever think what affects it will have on their body? For instance, here's our B-Town's Perfectionist... Aamir Khan, who leaves no stones unturned to present a picture perfect films everytime. Be it his character wise, or story or looks for that matter - the actor goes to extreme to be authentic the way he plays his roles.

Aamir had to lose excessive weight for his last movie 'PK', weighing around 68kgs. And now for his next project 'Dangal', the actor has been asked to bulk up to play a fifty-five year old wrestler. It is said that he has to weigh nearly 90kgs.

Even for 'Dhoom:3' Aamir required to have a slim, trim and fit physique to play an acrobat. However, with this drastic change in his food habits and sudden weight gain, Aamir is apparently taxing his body to the extreme and its very unhealthy as well. We hope the star knows this, and is taking safe measurements to play his part well.
