Fans of Aamir Khan there is good news for you, after all the turmoil and trouble that Aamir faced last year on intolerance will be trouble free this year. As the BJP government in Maharashtra is eager to make Aamir Khan the brand ambassador drought-free state scheme. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is soon to make an announcement that Aamir Khan will represent over 1,000 farmers who have committed suicide in the last three months.

As we all know, it was just last month that Aamir was pushed out of the Incredible India campaign, the only reason being his comments on intolerance. But this month seems to be blessed and exciting for the good news that is coming his way. State government officials said that Aamir showed interest in scheme.

Last year, Aamir also contributed Rs 11 lakh to the CM relief fund as donation for this water scheme. Aamir's eagerness to work with the government for its Jal Yukt Shivar scheme seems to be pleasing to all. CM Fadnavis` has given his full help and support towards the project that aims to make villages drought-free in five years through water-conservation programmes.
