As Coronavirus pandemic has lead to the postponement of release dates of most expected movies across the world including Hollywood biggies like Christopher Nolan's Tenet and the 25th James Bond flick, now Bollywood has also witnessed a huge postponement.

It has been made official that the Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor starrer Laal Singh Chaddha, which is the Hindi adaptation of Hollywood cult classic movie Forrest Gump starring Tom Hanks and directed by Robert Zemeckis has been postponed to Christmas 2021 release.

Laal Singh Chadha is directed by Secret Superstar director Advait Chandan is jointly produced by Aamir Khan productions and Viacom18. Laal Singh Chaddha has music scored by Pritam and was initially planned as a Christmas 2020 release. It must be noted that Vijay Sethupathi was supposed to play a cameo in this movie.
