'Laal Singh Chaddha' (Hindi), which is an adaption of 'Forrest Gump', has completed its shoot. Starring Aamir Khan in the titular role, its Christmas release has been confirmed.
A comedy-drama, the film has an iconic character at its center. Kareena Kapoor Khan has a key role.
Shot in more than 100 locations, the film has wrapped up its shoot in Mumbai. Touted to be one of the most anticipated films of all time, this Advait Chandan directorial is written by Eric Roth and Atul Kulkarni.
Aamir Khan Productions, Viacom18 Studios and Paramount Pictures are bankrolling it. The film has Naga Chaitanya in a key role. It's his Hindi-language debut. Also featuring Mona Singh, the Hindi adaptation is going to come with a lot of changes. There are rumours that both Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are playing cameo roles in the movie. With music by Pritam, its cinematography is by Setu. It's edited by Manik Dawar.
