Aamir Khan is on a song

A couple of days back we mentioned about Sanjay Dutt taking the lead as far as getting back the mike was concerned for a mainstream movie star.
Now play on Rang De Basanti and you would be pleasantly surprised to hear a track rendered by Aamir Khan who has 'Aati Kya Khandala' to his credit. He did his bit for the 'holi' song in 'Mangal Pandey' too that went unnoticed. Now he appears for the patriotic 'Lalkaar' in 'Rang De Basanti' where he makes quite an impression with his deep throated rendition.
The track is not a conventional song per se and is more of a narrative. But still it is noteworthy due to an aura that it manages to create.
