In the past few years we have witnessed more and more famous Bollywood actors appearing in special roles in Tamil films. The big names include Vivek Oberoi, Jackie Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Anurag Kashyap etc. Now the big buzz is that there is a chance for none other than the Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan to make his Tamil debut and that too in Thalapathy Vijay's next.

Aishwarya Kalpathi of AGS Productions recently posted a photo of her meeting actor Aamir Khan on her Instagram page and captioned it "Can’t believe I got to meet one of the greatest actors of our time" with the hashtag #workfiles.

The post has triggerred speculations on social media that Aamir Khan is in talks to star as a parallel lead alongside Thalapathy Vijay in the production house's new movie 'Thalapathy 68'. Further Venkat Prabhu the director of the film is known for his unique casting coups and already the film is said to have the likes of Madhavan, Prabhu Deva and Priyanka Mohan on board with Vijay.

On the other hand AGS is also producing Jayam Ravi's 'Thani Oruvan 2' directed by Mohan Raja and there is a possibility of Aamir Khan being approached for that film too to play the chief antagonist. Lets wait and watch.
