Bollywood perfectionist Aamir Khan celebrates his 54th birthday today, and as wishes are pouring in for the versatile actor, he interacted with the media today and announced his next movie after the lukewarm response to his last release, the big budget adventure flick Thugs of Hindostan.
Aamir Khan revealed that his next movie will be the official Bollywood adaptation of Hollywood classic hit Forrest Gump that starrer Tom Hanks and was directed by Robert Zemeckis. The movie won Tom Hanks an Oscar award for Best actor and Robert Zemeckis the Best director Oscar.
The Bollywood version has been titled Lal Singh Chaddha and will be directed by Advait Chandan who had previously made Secret Superstar, and will be produced by Viacom 18 and Aamir Khan Productions. The shooting of Lal Singh Chadha will begin by October and Aamir will prepare for the character for 6 months before shoot.
