Aamir Khan is the latest film celeb to contract coronavirus. The Bollywood superstar is doing fine and seems to be asymptomatic. Since he recently closed his Twitter account, the news about his infection status was revealed by his spokesperson.

"Mr. Aamir Khan has tested positive for Covid 19. Is at home in self-quarantine, following all the protocols and he’s doing fine. All those who came in contact with him in the recent past should get themselves tested as a precautionary measure," an official statement by the 'Dangal' actor's team says.

The 'Thugs Of Hindostan' actor is 56. Viral Bhayani, who is a celeb photographer in Bollywood circles, revealed that Aamir was recently spotted at a screening in Mumbai.

Recently, Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, among others, tested positive for the virus.
