Rajkumar Hirani’s much talked ‘P.K.’ has finally announced its release date.

The film, starring Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma, is slated to be released on June 6, 2014.

Produced by Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani Films along with Disney UTV, ‘P.K.’ is a political satire and the film has largely been shot in Rajasthan.

Incidentally, the film marks the reunion of the ‘3 Idiots’ (2009) team - Vidhu Vinod Chopra (producer), Rajkumar Hirani (director) and Aamir.

For ‘P.K.’, Aamir had been taking lessons in Bhojpuri as his character comes from UP background.

Recently the film had been in news for alleged lip-lock scenes between the lead pair. Talks were that Aamir and Anushka’s smooch in the film will likely be the longest one ever in Bollywood. However, the actress came out to rubbish such thing as mere rumours.
