We have seen him entertain us all these years; in different characters, through different medias – films and ads. Every time he came on the silver screen, he always had something new to offer, different kind of story to impress us. But the man himself has ways to keep himself entertained, behind his screenic life. His love for a sport existed parallel to his filmdom. Here is a peek into his sports life…

Behind the filmi face, Aamir Khan enjoys to take life playfully, literally. He likes to indulge in games and sports, like any other normal guy. Be it chess, table tennis, tennis, cricket or badminton; Aamir thoroughly gives in to the playing side of his, after work. But it is the badminton that turns him on. He recently developed love for this outdoor game. So much that he had even influenced the entire team of ‘Three Idiots’ movie to play badminton in their free time during shoots. “Badminton is a great way to de-stress and chill out after a day’s work,” says the smiley hero. He compares the game with ballet dancing, because “it requires a lot of control, strength, mind play and measured movement,” he reveals. It is said that the ‘Ghajini’ hero is going to share the court with ace badminton player, Prakash Padukone, this weekend. But this is not something new, for the actor had rivalled with this sportsman before too.

This 'Jinga la la' ambassador recently had a game with few of our Men in Blue, Indian Cricketers, and he marvelled at their efforts and realised their hard work on field. But he is not in favour to join the IPL bandwagon, stating that he is not a businessman, but only a sports lover.

Hmmm, it’s all ‘Andaaz Apna Apna’. Right, Aamir?
