Recently, actor Murali Gopy who essays the role of Kamala Surayya's husband Madhavadas in the biopic 'Aami', shared his nostalgic first look from the film through his social media page. And now, actor Anoop Menon revealed about his character details and look in the movie.

“As zaheer ali in kamal sir`s AAMI…a brilliantly written biopic on one of the most revered writers from our land, kamaladas, this film is fashioning itself into a classic …”, wrote Anoop Menon on his Facebook handle, along with a picture. Scripted by director Kamal himself, 'Aami' also stars Prithviraj in an important role.

Meanwhile, Manju Warrier who essays the role of Kamala Surayya in Aami is currently gaining few extra kilos, for the portions which feature Kamala's old age. Being produced by P T Rafel and Roban Rocha on a budget of 5 Crores, Aami has music by M Jayachandran and Thoufeeq Quershi.
