'Aagadu', the Mahesh Babu-Srinu Vaitla's film was originally scheduled to go on sets from the 14th of October. Srinu Vaitla has designed a unique character for Sri Hari in the lines of his earlier films Dhee and King but the shocking demise of the ace actor has halted the proceedings. Now the makers are in a serious lookout for an actor who would be the right replacement for Sri Hari.

In fact, the whole industry would be looking at the casting choice and how the director would be able to mold the actor into an inimitable style of Sri Hari. The film would have been the first for Mahesh Babu Srihari combination on screen. Incidentally, it is the first for the lead pair Mahesh Babu and Thamanna as well. The film being produced by Anil Sunkara, Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta is now postponed by a week officially.
