Director Midhun Manuel Thomas has started working on his much-awaited third installment of the 'Aadu' franchise. Talking about the upcoming film with Times of India, Midhun revealed that the movie will be a big-budget movie. The young director said that there will be extensive use of CGI and it would be an experimental concept that is new in Mollywood. The first half and climax of the movie has been finished and is expected to complete the entire script in another two months.

All the actors from the prequel will reprise their roles in the sequel as well except the title character - goat pinky. “Pinky will be at Shaji Pappan’s home and only a few glimpses of her will be shown. The characters have come a long way from her,” said the director in the interview.

In 'Aadu 3', Jayasurya will be playing the role Shaji Pappan while Sunny Wayne and Vinayakan will be reprising their characters Sathan Xavier and Dude respectively. Actors Saiju Kurup, Dharmajan, Vijay Babu, Indrans, Bhagath Manuel and Sudhi Koppa are all likely to reprise their roles from the earlier two parts. Reports are that some new characters may be introduced in 'Aadu 3'.Vijay Babu is bankrolling for the project and Shaan is composing music for the flick.

The shooting of this film is expected to begin this summer.
