Actor Aadhi of Eeram, Maragadha Naanayam fame had last appeared in Tamil in the thriller flick U-Turn directed by debutant Pawan Kumar, and the movie which starred Samantha in lead role, had Aadhi playing a police officer. Besides U-turn, the actor was also a part of several Telugu movies.

Now the actor is back to Tamil with his next movie, which has been titled as Clap. This movie will be made as a Tamil - Telugu bilingual, and was launched today. Isaignani Ilaiyaraja clapped for the first shot of the Telugu version while Nani clapped for the first shot of the Tamil version.

Clap is reported to be a sports drama and is directed by debutant Prithvi Adithya will have Aadhi as a 400 meter runner, and on the hurdles he faces in his career. The movie will have actress Aakanksha Singh making her debut as the female lead in Tamil, and is produced by Big Print Pictures.
