Aadhi hurt during the shoot

‘Mirugam’ fame hero Aadhi met with an accident recently during the shoot of a fight scene for ‘Ayyanar’.

According to sources the actor suffered a minor injury on his knee on September 6th, while a fight scene was being picturised on the terrace of an under-construction apartment building, near the Gemini Flyover in Chennai.

The fight was to be choreographed in the night effect as per the script. Fight master Super Subbarayan choreographed this stunt featuring the hero (Aadhi) fighting the three villains of the film Ravi Kale, ‘Pithamagan’ Mahadevan and Arpit.

As the fight is a very crucial scene in the film, the producer P L Thenappan has called-off the shoot and will start only after Aadhi recovers fully.

“It was a dangerous place as the terrace had no railings, but luckily for Aadhi, it was only a minor injury. He has taken all the precautions”, says P L Thenappan. Get well soon, Aadhi!
