It seems all is not well between actor Aadhi and his mentor filmmaker Sami. After an allegation from Sami that Aadhi has refused to cooperate for his new venture even after getting an advance of Rs 2 lakh, the actor has now come out with an explanation.

“It was Sami who introduced me in ‘Mirugam’. He also roped in me for ‘Sarithiram’. Now that most part of ‘Sarithiram’ is over, he once again wanted to cast me in his forthcoming venture, for which I received Rs 2 lakh as advance,” he said. The actor added: “When I asked him to narrate the story before signing the agreement, he said it would take four months. To this, I told him clearly that I would ink the pact only after knowing the story.”

Stating that he had even handed over the advance amount to “Nadigar Sangam”, Aadhi however said he did not want to talk ill of Sami. “I am not even going to file a complaint against him for his allegations. Because, I am aware that it was he who brought me to the industry.” It is to be noted that Aadhi’s recent venture ‘Eeram’ is doing well at the box-office.
