'Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali' is confirmed to hit the screens on Sept 16. "As we all fell in love with the world of story telling ... #AAGMC is a Love Letter we have written to CINEMA (sic)," tweeted actor Sudheer Babu, plugging the trailer for his upcoming movie. Superstar Mahesh Babu released the trailer originally this evening.
Director Mohankrishna Indraganti reveals key plot points through the trailer. The male lead is a sought-after filmmaker who wants to make Krithi Shetty's Dr Alekhya a sought-after actress. He is bowled over by her beauty. Persistent cajoling tempts Alekhya into accepting the movie offer, only to be sabotaged by her father (played by Srikanth Iyengar). This results in a key conflict but there is more. It seems Sudheer Babu's character has got a personal issue, drawing the female lead's sympathy in an emotionally heavy turn of events.
Vivek Sagar's music has a generic feel in the trailer. It was perhaps intentional, done with the intent of letting the lead pair dominate.
Producers B Mahendra Babu and Kiran Ballapalli in association with Mythri Movie Makers are looking at a solid release. Starring also actor-director Avasarala Srinivas, ace comedian Vennela Kishore, 'RRR' and 'Arjun Reddy' artist Rahul Ramakrishna, and Kalyani Natarajan, the film will have a big release.
