Sundeep Kishan has raised eyebrows with the recent pic he shared on social media with the amazing transformation. The actor lost 11 kgs from January, by working out whenever needed and by following a strict diet. Talking to us in an exclusive interview, Sundeep shares details about the transformation, A1 Express, and a lot more.

So Sundeep, this transformation, did a role demand you to do so or you just wanted to make a change?

My role in A1 Express demands me to be really really fit. It is a sports film and a sports person has to set an example to his fellow players. Moreover, the roles I have played earlier didn’t demand to be this fitter. Also, I felt like this change has to be made. I have been working since January with my coach. We didn’t have any specific goal. We just wanted to stay healthy and fit. We worked out in bits and pieces, but I was on a strict diet. I am conscious about what goes inside because it matters a lot.

Tell us a little about A1 express. The first single has is a good peppy number.

I know. It released on Valentine’s Day, on the right occasion I guess. A1 Express is going to be a crazy film. I like to call it a mad film actually. It is going to really intense and I loved being part of it. It is going to be the first Telugu film that explores about hockey. We have done it really well and I am proud to have been part of this amazing project.

Is this a remake of Natpe Thunai? Looks somewhat similar.

No. It might sound like that because even that film is made on hockey, and HipHop Tamizha has composed music to both the film. That’s why the song is similar. So basically they are entirely different. You have to watch the teaser to believe it. I am glad that I have done this intense film and proud that it is the best in my entire career.
