Transgender shot for refusing sex!

A 21 year old transgender had been shot by in Delhi as she had refused to have sex with them, and one of the culprits has been arrested. The transgender was reportedly offered a ride by 2 men in their car from Trilokpuri to Barapullah road when the shocking incident of violence had happened.
As per the information revealed by the DCP Chinmoy Biswal, the victim was given a lift in their car by two men, and as one of them tried to have sex with her, she had refused it and was shot in the abdomen. It was following a distress call made to Hazrat Nizamuddin police station that the cops rushed to the spot and found that the transgender had been taken to AIIMS hospital.
After monitoring the CCTV footage and identifying the taxi involved, the cops also received information of the taxi arriving at Lala Lajpat Rai Marg, and nabbed the driver of the car. The accused, Sagar Kumar alias Lampak (24) confessed that along with his friend Chandrakant, he tried to have sex with the transgender, and as she refused, he shot her. With the victim out of danger after a surgery, cops have launched a search operation to arrest Chandrakant.
