He is talented. He is handsome in a modern sort of way. He has acted under both Manirathnam and Shankar, two of the biggest names in South Indian films.

But Siddharth could not have considered himself 'arrived' as both Boys and Yuva, which featured him as one of the heroes, had failed.

But now that Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana, that has him as the only hero, has clicked, Siddharth can doubtless feel that he is well and truly in.

He is naturally excited that he has a chance to be the next heartthrob.

That is some achievement for a MBA who came to Manirathnam to become a writer and director. 'Though I have moved away from my original passion, I am happy at having become an actor".

Admittedly, it has not been all that easy after the failures of Boys and Yuva. "I have been waiting to exhale for the last six months and I am glad there are encouraging reports about Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana."

Siddharth is quick to point out that he is not put off by failures. "I would rather do a film that I am proud of than take up every project that comes my way".

But there will be lot of projects coming his way after the success of Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana.

So he has a lot to pick and choose.
