Yet another Global honor for A.R. Rahman

The Oscar Nayagan A.R. Rahman's international film on football legend Pele : Birth of a Legend' is releasing this week and he is composing music for Gurindhar Chadha's Viceroy s House' apart from 2.0' and Sachin- A Billion Dreams'.

Meanwhile AR Rahman today became the Goodwill Ambassador for Rio Olympics to which India is to send its largest ever contingent of about 90 athletes starting on August 5th this year. Rahman is India's fourth Goodwill Ambassador after Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, Olympic gold medalist Abhinav Bindra and cricket maestro Sachin Tendulkar. The Indian Olympic Association's spokesperson expressed delight over Rahman accepting the offer.
