Al Qaeda Ayman al-Zawahiri orders jihads to continuously attack India

The Al Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri has released a video in which he has called for all Jiadhis to start an unrelenting war on India and the English translation of his speech goes “I am of the view that the Mujahideen (armed terrorists) in Kashmir — at this stage at least — should focus with single mind on inflicting unrelenting blows on the Indian Army and government so as to bleed the Indian economy and make India suffer sustained losses in manpower and equipment,”.
Zawahiri also showed his displeasure towards Pakistan government and its intelligence agency calling it a tool of the Americans stating “All the Pakistani Army and government are interested in is exploiting the mujahideen for specific political objectives, only to dump or persecute them later,”
It is not clear when the video came out but has been published on the Al Qaeda media wing. The Indian government has dealt any kind of terrorist actions with severe retaliation as seen in the Pulwama attack by Jihadis which claimed 40 security personnel life but resulted in a surgical airstrike by the Indian airforce on Pakistani soil that eliminated an entire terrorist camp.
