Clash of the titans it may not be. But sure it is an intriguing clash.

We are talking about the possible clash at the box office of the films of Uday Kiran and Allu Arjun.

Uday’s Avunanna Kadhanna and Allu Arjun’s Bunny are both set (as of now) for release on April 6th.

In the event, the two heroes, who are in exact opposite career ladders, have a fight on their hands.

Uday, after a brilliant start to his career, has slowly slipped and is almost out of the reckoning. And with broken engagement with Chiru’s daughter, he has been almost left without many backers in the industry. It is only his mentor Teja who is taking a gamble with him.

Allu Arjun, on the other hand, has the power of all the industry bigwigs. His career is being carefully plotted and with the success of Arya it is certainly on the up. He has nothing much to lose. The entire world is almost his oyster.

But box office success is, mercifully, not decided by that.

Avunanna Kadhanna’s audio is already in the market and is reportedly doing well. Bunny’s audio is slated for April 28th. There is a huge expectation about the film’s music.

Uday has however one thing going for him. With his career lurching and Teja too going through a horror patch, there are no major expectations.

And that may work in his favor.
