A jolt for 'Veer'

Trouble came for the makers of Salman Khan's dream project 'Veer' in the form of an old wall. A portion of the fort wall of the famous Amber Fort collapsed as the shooting of the period flick was taking place.
The film's unit was held responsible for the disintegration of the old wall.
A stage was constructed by the film's crew adjacent to the wall and this is being termed as the prime reason for the wall to have caved in. As the fort is hundreds of years old and is known as a heritage monument, the matter will take some time to get resolved.
The injury caused by the collapsing wall to around 15 people watching the shooting has made the issue more serious. This led the Jaipur court to come out with a stay stopping the shooting in Amber Fort.
However the makers of 'Veer' did not waste any time brooding over the accident. They immediately moved on to a different location in Jaipur for a schedule of 10 days.
In the coming days the film's crew led by director Anil Sharma will be finishing off the shooting of several scenes at Sambar Lake, Jodhpur, Bhanjar, Dulla, Bikaner and Jodhpur.
The story of 'Veer', written by Salman, takes place between 1860 and 1900.
