Born on May 20, 1983, Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao, grandson of the thespian, the late NT Ramarao, and the son of Nandamuri Harikrishna, fondly called as the ÂYoung TigerÂ, is presently busy with his ÂShakti shooting directed by Meher Ramesh and produced by Aswinidutt on the banner of Vyjayanti Movies.
Though he made his debut as child artiste in ÂBrahmarshi ViswamitraÂ, he went unnoticed by anyone. However, he got recognition with ÂRamayanam directed by Gunasekhar, wherein he played the role of Lord Rama.
For the first time, he kept grease to his face as a hero and faced the camera on November 16, 2001 for ÂNinnu Choodalani produced by Ramoji Rao on the banner of Usha Kiron Movies. The film did not do well at the Box Office. But he gave a hit like ÂStudent No. 1Â. Next, he played hero in ÂSubbu and it ran as an average movie.
However, it is ÂAadi directed by VV Vinayak turned out to be a blockbuster and from then onwards, NTR gained the star image. Again he faced hiccups in the form of ÂAllari Ramudu and NaagaÂ. Then once again, NTR proved his might with ÂSimhadri directed by SS Rajamouli. Altogether he played in 17 films so far.
His last two films released this year  ÂAdurs and Brindavanam were hits and thus his 10th year was proved successful in his career.
In the Twitter, NTR posted like this ÂA very emotional 10-year journey... God has been very kind Thanks to all of them who have loved and blessed me in this journey so far..Â
