Come January, Malluwood will get busy. Four films starring prominent artistes will hit the floors. Mammooty, Mohanlal, Dileep and Suresh Gopi will have their films going to floors this January.

The shooting for Mamootty's next film to be directed by Johny Anthony with Padma Priya playing his heroine, Mohanlal- Sathyan Anthikad's movie, Suresh Gopi's Lanka and Dileep's film for director Kamal will begin.

Meanwhile, the shooting for Dileep's Fast Track is also expected to commence.

It was initially expected for a release this Christmas.

With all the big names involved in a flurry of activity, it is good news for Malluwood in 2006.

The year 2005 was one of the good ones for the industry as many movies turned into blockbusters. Mammooty was the big daddy of them all reeling out winners after winners.
