It is well established that the NTR family is the first family of Tollywood.

And as if it needed confirmation, the platinum disc function of Atanokkade turned out to be great and gala show of family emotions and celebration of kinship.

That the event happened on the birthday of Balakrishna was in itself a coincidence. But it was not lost on anyone.

Harikrishna, the father of Atanokkade's hero Kalyanram and the brother of Balakrishna, openly said that he was happy celebrating his brother's birthdays and his son's success.

He said that Janakiram (another son) made the film Atanokkade as other producers did not come forward to make a film with Kalyan. "So the success tastes doubly sweet now".

Another of their brother Ramakrishna later joined Harikrishna and Balakrishna as they distributed sweets to the public on the occasion.

Balaya also congratulated Kalyan for his perseverance and hard work.

Kalyan, for his part, spoke in glowing terms about his father and uncles. Kalyan also recalled how his uncle Balaya cast him in his film when he was just five-year old.

Kalyan said he would produce a film that would have both his father and uncle together.

Now, that's interesting
