Farhan Akhtar is all set to showcase his acting skills in his upcoming film 'Toofan'. The sports drama will see him portraying the role of a goon who rises to become a national level boxer. Amidst all the buzz around the film, Farhan came across a video of a former NIA qualified boxer who had to resort to auto driving to make a living. In the video he shared on Twitter, a middle aged man Abid Khan can be seen showing his sharp shadowboxing skills. He then goes on to tell his life story.
Farhan shared the video with the caption, "This is heartbreaking yet so inspiring to see how humbly this sportsperson has coped with unfulfilled ambition. Can you please share his contact details? @duggal_saurabh." Since Abid couldn't a job anywhere that suited his skills he became an auto driver for his survival.
To prepare for his role as a boxer, Farhan went through extensive training. He learned the sport from scratch to convincingly portray a boxer who is dying to prove himself. He often shares clips from his trainings on Instagram in order to inspire his fans as well as to create the hype around the film, 'Toofan'.
