A 45-Year-Old Man and a 20-Year-Old Woman – Suriya 46 Plot Details Go Viral!

Actor Suriya‘s 46th film, tentatively titled Suriya 46, is being directed by Venky Atluri. Mamitha Baiju, who gained attention with Premalu, stars as the female lead opposite Suriya, while Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon and Radhika Sarathkumar play key roles.

In a recent interview, producer Naga Vamsi opened up about the film’s story. He revealed that the movie centers on the relationship, friendship, emotions, and love between a 45-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman. Despite the roughly 25-year age gap, the core question is whether love blossoms between them. He compared it to the flashback portions in Suriya’s blockbuster Ghajini.

These revelations have gone massively viral online. Age-gap romance stories in films often spark controversy, leading to huge anticipation and debates among fans.

After wrapping Karuppu (Suriya 45), Suriya has committed to Suriya 47, directed by Malayalam filmmaker Jithu Madhavan (known for Aavesham). The film stars Nazriya Nazim and Naslen, and recently began with a pooja ceremony.

Filming for Suriya 46 has wrapped, and the movie is now in post-production. It is expected to release in summer 2026.
